What Surfshark is
Surfshark is a VPN service that encrypts your connection and lets you browse through its servers in 100 countries. The higher plans add antivirus, breach alerts and personal data removal. Because every plan allows unlimited devices, one subscription can cover a small team’s laptops and phones.
Surfshark plans and pricing
| Plan | 2-year plan (+3 months), standard price | Monthly plan |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $2.49 / month | $18.95 |
| One | $2.79 / month | $19.95 |

Surfshark runs frequent sales. At the time of checking, a Black Friday sale cut the 2-year One plan to $2.49 a month and One+ to $3.99 a month, and 1-year plans to $2.99 a month (Starter and One) or $6.99 (One+), with 3 bonus months. Check the pricing page for today’s deal. The 2-year plan is charged upfront and then renews yearly. Surfshark doesn’t publish its renewal prices; it says it emails you before a plan longer than one month renews. VAT may apply.
