Productivity and project management
Best project management and productivity tools
Tools for planning work, tracking projects and keeping a small team on the same page, without drowning in setup.
How to choose a project management tool
- Price it per person, at your real team size. Most of these tools charge per seat, and some only sell seats in fixed bundles. Check the minimum you’d have to pay for.
- Start from a template that matches your work. Good templates for content calendars, client projects or sales pipelines save hours of setup.
- Check guest and client access. If you share boards with clients or freelancers, find out whether guests count as paid seats.
- Make sure it connects to your other tools. Email, calendar, forms and chat integrations decide whether the tool becomes the hub or another tab nobody opens.
- Be honest about adoption. The best tool is the one your team will actually use. Trial it on one real project before moving everything over.
