Free plan and free trial
- Free plan: no time limit and no credit card, for up to 250 subscribers.
- 14-day trial: every new account gets premium features free for 14 days, with no card. Afterwards those features switch off, but nothing is deleted.
- Going over 250 on the free plan locks campaigns and automations until you upgrade or remove subscribers.
Limits and catches to know
- No money-back guarantee. MailerLite doesn’t refund unused or partly used plans. Refunds are at its discretion and only within 30 days of the last payment; individuals using it for non-business purposes have 14 days.
- Automatic tier upgrades. On a paid plan, going over your limit moves you up a tier and charges you for it.
- How subscribers are counted: only active subscribers count, so unsubscribes and bounces are free. But the count is cumulative over the billing cycle, so a subscriber you delete still counts until your billing date.
- Send limits follow the tier, not your real list: Comfort on the 1,000 tier allows 10,000 emails a month.
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Integrations
MailerLite builds its own integrations for Shopify, WooCommerce and WordPress, plus Stripe and others. Its pricing page lists 100+ integrations on the free plan and unlimited integrations on paid plans.
