What monday.com is

monday.com Work Management is a project and task management tool built around boards: tables of tasks you can view as lists, Kanban boards, timelines, Gantt charts or calendars. Teams use it to plan projects, track client work and manage content calendars, with automations and integrations to move work along.

Yearly billing includes an 18% discount compared with monthly billing. monday.com’s pricing page shows the yearly prices; it doesn’t list the per-seat price for monthly billing, so check the toggle at checkout. Prices vary by billing country and exclude tax.

How seats work

Paid plans start at a minimum of 3 seats and then go up in multiples of 5. A team of 4 pays for 5 seats, and a team of 6 pays for 10. On Standard at $12, a 3-person team pays $36 a month and a 6-person team pays $120 a month (billed yearly).
