- Branding: every email sent from the free plan carries a GetResponse badge.
Limits and catches to know
- No refunds. GetResponse says it doesn’t issue refunds, even if you cancel immediately after being charged.
- List extension fees. If you go over your list size you aren’t moved up a plan automatically; you pay an extension fee for each billing cycle you’re over, including on yearly plans.
- Duplicates count. The same email address on several lists counts as several contacts.
- Downgrades go through support; upgrades are immediate and restart your billing cycle.
